The location fab and stunning very near the city centre. Based just next door to theatre, shop and tourist attractions. Amiable staff, MARVELLOUS and fantastic breakfast for ever taste.

The staff were really good and the breakfast was freshly prepared and savory. They served perfect poached eggs, delicious cooked options, and homemade blueberry muffins. The guest house is centrally located, just a moderate distance from Dinosaur And Raptor Experience.

The location is easy and they have parking nearby. There's The Lakeland Sandwich Shop offering takeout relatively close to the venue. The rooms are nicely furnished and well-equipped with lovely soft bedding and tea bags plus good to chuck clothes on.

I booked beautiful, tidy room with exceptional attention and super views. The breakfast was gorgeous and excellent for what was on offer with perfect poached eggs and a lovely view.

We had a fantastic stay at this four-star hotel in Keswick. The warm hospitality from Mick and Sue immediately made us feel at home. They welcomed us with tea and cake, which was a lovely touch. The entire place was impeccably clean and comfortable, with thoughtful extras in the room. We especially appreciated the provided shower robe, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. Mick's knowledge of the area was invaluable, as he gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with free parking available nearby and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The venue was lovely and excellent, I enjoyed the stay and the location was brilliant near the council's out of town restrictions, and Keswick on many occasions in a number of nearby guest houses.
