Nice place with fast wi-fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. I remember the staff helping me with printing during my first stay. Mick and Sue are always so friendly. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

Comfortable beds with quality cotton sheets. Gorgeous views of the mountains right outside the windows. The drying room is a lifesaver for wet clothes after some Cumbrian adventures.
The Deluxe Twin Room feels a bit cramped for space. sliding open suitcases under the bed is not ideal. Some may find English-style duvets too warm, especially on hot nights. The third-floor location might be challenging for those who aren't fond of stairs.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed a fun event at Fitz Park with our pets. We also got discounted tickets to the Theatre by the Lake, catching a great show. All the outdoor activities were really fun, especially sailing! Mick and Sue were great hosts, and the breakfast was top-notch. definitely try Sue's home-made jams! Great spot for exploring the Lakes.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Views!
The stay was a delight! Our Deluxe Room provided breathtaking views of Blencathra. Loved the homemade jam at breakfast, especially with Sue's comforting Borrowdale tea bread. For future guests, look for any signs among the greenery—it’s a gem worth finding!

The breakfast here is a whole feast—options galore to fuel your day! Plus, Mick and Sue are top-notch hosts, always dishing out local tips while keeping the vibe cozy. Just a hop and a skip from Keswick's fab eateries like The Sizzling Stone and Woodstone Pizza.
All it misses is a dodgy parking spot for my motorbike, innit! Parking’s a bit scarce, but the charm and warmth of the place still shine through.
